Drop Python 3.4 and add Python 3.7 #70

This updates the .travis.yml to build on newer Pythons.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 95.833% when pulling 4c27e65 on gmacon:issue-68-drop-python-34 into 4c59b54 on nickw444:master.

Flask LDAP3 Login uses the `ldap3 <http://ldap3.readthedocs.org/en/latest/>`_ library, maintaining compatability with
python 3.4 and backwards.

I wonder if there is much value gained by continuing to support 2.7? It’d be interesting to see how many consumers are still using 2.7, considering its set to be sunset soon. I expect a great portion are apps in maintenance only mode without active development and probably could have the ldap dependency pinned to a pre 1.0 release.

That's an interesting thought. I've created #71 to track that.
