Yes. I use:

account "XXXXXXXXX@hotmail.com POP3" pop3s server "pop3.live.com"
user "XXXXXXXXX@hotmail.com" pass "YYYYYYYYYYYY"

I didn't find the way to access using imap. I use this: https://gist.github.com/robulouski/7442321 to dump all folders to Maildir (including spam folder)
