This PR

  • requires ergebnis/php-cs-fixer-config
  • adds a configuration for friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer
  • runs php-cs-fixer on GitHub Actions
  • runs php-cs-fixer in the coding-standards target of Makefile
  • runs php-cs-fixer
  • adjusts @covers annotations
  • removes useless DocBlocks
  • manually fixes a few DocBlocks
