This repository contains the code for the analysis of RNA-sequencing data from Duncan et al. - Sexual dimorphism in pituitary corticotroph excitability, comparing the transcriptome of corticotrophs from male and female mice.

The RNAseq directory contains analysis scripts for the RNA-seq data (analysis.R) The data is available from EMBL-EBI, with accession number E-MTAB-3870

The ephys directory contains the scripts to generate the PCA for the electrophysiology data (MF PCA analysis.R)
