@martinthomson: I'm wondering if I should also change the "Content Encoding" in the title and IANA considerations section name to "Content Coding"?

"Content Coding" would be more correct for the title, but I my understanding is that most people think of this as "Content Encoding", for the eponymous header field name. I'm happy to leave the title as-is.
