Cache manifest files locally #18

  • Pre-load manifests locally (on device) when the game first starts. Check if they are available on each game run.
  • Only when downloading bundles and cache is enabled
  • There should be an expiration time of X days.

…when caching is enables, this way we dont have to get them to verify the hash number. Added option to expire cached manifest files, improved error checking.
