Fix so it can be compiled by using MinGW. Or rather, src/glew.c cannot be generated and needs to be in the git repo.

There are no plans to have the generated sources in the git repository. It's recommended to use the current release version of GLEW, or consider one of the more recent snapshots available on sourceforge.
