https://utidylib.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#changes says

Changes
0.7
Dropped support for Python 3.

but https://github.com/nijel/utidylib says

now it also brings compatibility with recent html-tidy versions and works with Python 3.

I have it installed via 'pip3 install uTidylib' and it appears to work, so I'm wondering which is correct? (although, I am encountering a weird behavior difference from python2 - but that's probably just an output encoding set wrong).

Yes, it should have been "Dropped support for Python 2."
