Cant compile windows

Hello i am trying to compile this on windows 10 in vs 2017 and recieve alot of errors fdevent.h is bo where to be found and sysdeps.h gives alot of errors. Am able to compile successfully in linux only however very much need this in windows

This seems to be a Linux version. I found another GitHub project with a precompiled version, but I haven't tested it yet.
