<description>
This component is a wrapper for the famous import script by Wayne Stewart.
I decided to write it when I came across Wayne's script thinking that it would be a good case for me to
learn writting a Mambo component this way.
It will import users into Mambo by updating the 3 database tables Mambo uses to store
user information with data from a .csv text file.
