Broken Codecov check blocks merging forever #7

The Codecov app currently blocks automatic merging forever:

  • Check Suite is created by Github (status=queued)
  • Check Suites complete
  • Check Suite (Codecov) remains at status=queued

We should manually work around this by excluding the relevant check suite during checks approval.
