Make ubuntu-sdk- and go-version configurable..

what about preparing some selectable sdk and go versions to be chosen upon 'setup-chroot'.
i just updated sdk to 15.04 and go to latest stable version.
We could ask to select a combination out of 14.10 || 15.04 || 15.10 - and always use latest stable go.

To me this looks like a good idea. How do you feel about modifying the scripts and submitting a pull request for that? ;)
Additionally, I'd love to have your current changes merged into the project. Just submit a PR and they will be in. ;)
