Setting subtitles with property "upnp:subtitle:x". Removed the now unnecessary setting for subtitle, use the normal player setting instead.

I refactored the subtitle handling according to the tip from elupus. Set property "upnp:subtitle:x" for each video item, one for each subtitle (if several). This is a more elegant solution. Removed the setting for enabling subtitles, since this is now unnecessary.
