Description

Program to run: Is it valid to expect that there can be a zero read call? Or should one always guard against it?

In C++ std lib function calls like: func(a.begin(), a.end()) won't fail if a is empty.

Yeah but C++ is full of quirks and weird behaviours, but I agree.
