- Spigot now things 1.18 is the latest, update the readme and get_mc_ver to reflect this.
- Fix java 17 downloading the arm 64 version, not the x86_64 version.
- General changes to the readme and text output to hopefully flow better.

Thanks for the fix of 1.17 seems to been testing it on a mac M1 |
