userpatches: important x86_64 fixes, misc fixups.

 - When I first started rebasing all of my patchwork on a new version of Wine
   6 months ago: the latest version had problems with some software that I
   use... Due to that breakage, I went back and found the last working version
   of Wine(-7.5).

   Due to that; I missed some important x86_64 related fixes in ntdll. I've gone
   back and picked them up - some VSTs / software opens noticeably faster in
   Live 11.
