Blizzy's Toolbar wrapper need updating #13

Do to the recent version of Contract Configurator breaking some mods that use Blizzy's Toolbar, the code wrapper will need to be updated. This is one of the affected mods.

Thanks! 1.3.3 is updated to the new version of ToolbarWrapper.cs. This issue should now be resolved.
