Can't create new card (Anki version ⁨24.06.3 (Windows))

I'm using Anki Version ⁨24.06.3 (Windows)
I've been using your Chrome extension for a long time without any issues.
Today, after a few months break from adding new words, I followed the usual procedure, but the Anki app did not create a new card.

Thank you so much for your extension; it has been incredibly helpful for me.
