Email confirmation: update app and drop sites framework #130

The app used for the email confirmation is old.

It uses the django.contrib.auth.sites framework which has been deprecated (and it just complicates stuff to no advantage).

It's an open source app and there have been surely updates and improvements by other forks, it would be good to update it and drop the sites framework dependency.

Lower priority.
