INSTALL
-----------------
1. depends: sudo aptitude install signing-party
2. add the cron.sh to you crontab
3. ansure that php can write on file chiavi
	chmod a+w chiavi

USE
-----------------
1. Open the minimal.php pages to show the graph. 
2. Spread the index.php link to add the users uid keys
3. Enjoy!
