On the ABIDE dataset, images have been rotated and show an empty frame filled with zeros with confuses the calculation of the background distribution:

[ENH] Calculate rotation mask

Calculates a rotation mask for datasets like those in ABIDE, that have been reoriented.

A warning should be issued in the reports
