Synchronize carpetplot with fMRIPrep

In #212 we had to backport an earlier version of fMRIPlot to avoid drastically changing the workflow.

I'd like to remove that legacy code for 22.1.0, but I'm not clear on the best way to go about it. Looking through nipreps/fmriprep#2621, it seems the MNI152NLin2009cAsym output space is now always required, something that we are not doing in nibabies.

@oesteban, do you have any ideas on how to implement this? Or do we have to bite the bullet and add that as a default output space?
