I don't know how it passed Travis, but fails on my computer... I get this error following nosetests on master.

ERROR: Failure: SyntaxError (Non-ASCII character '\xe2' in file 
dipy/workflows/reconst.py on line 596, but no encoding declared; 
see http://python.org/dev/peps/pep-0263/ for details (reconst.py, line 595))
