The file "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/nipy/core/api.py" isn't available on GitHub. Either it's been removed, or the repo root directory needs to be updated.

Since statsmodels has the same pattern for travis.yml file as nipy.
statsmodels/statsmodels#1502

seems like we need to update

nipype which doesn't pretend to be erlang works fine

Ah - thanks for pointing that out. The erlang trick was for the days before the python virtualenvs had scipy and matplotlib installed, there's no reason to do it that way now I think.

Ah - now I check - the virtualenvs don't have scipy or matplotlib - but here are wheels for them. I've got a branch updating the nipy travis file to use the standard Python machinery and wheels - does it work for you too?

statsmodels switched to using conda builds
the coveralls.io path problem was a different issue and needed a path adjustment directly on coveralls.io after they changed some settings.

I believe coverage is working correctly now - closing.
