A splash screen won't hurt, will it? 😄

The cover of the app on Playstore looks uber-cool. It'll be nice to add that in as the splash-screen after tweaking

Let's not have a splash screen. It's a unnecessary delay when the user starts the app every time. We could maybe show one during the first run. Maybe like an intro.
