Open source irrigation based on meteorological data

Features

Setup is easy and cheap
In case it rained, irrigate just the amount needed
Use the nearest meteorological station to get data
Verify the data is valid compared to previous readings
Notify the user how much was irrigated, and in case of a system fault
This uses open sprinkler to control the electric faucet
Garden is irrigated every two days, as advised by an agronomy
