Final major update version of USM. If there are minor bugs, will be updated.

• Commented code and made javadoc for easier modification
  -made the workshop map selection much easier to use
  -made it so that server names cant be less than 5 characters
  -general Quality of Life overhauls
  -upgraded the UPnP to a more recent and stable version
  -new visuals (still looks ugly, but better)
