Linkcheck failing for raspberrypi domain

Observations

The linkcheck process in PR checks is failing when checking the following link: https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/raspberry-pi.html#bootloader_update_stable

Problem
I can confirm manually that the link is valid, but the process is getting a 403. Perhaps their servers are blocking requests from IPs used by the GitHub worker machines?

Approaches
Aside from somehow ignoring that particular link (which breaks the purpose of linkcheck), I have no idea how to fix this. Hopefully someone else has a better idea.
