App::Galaxy::Devel::Tool wraps a number of perl technologies. If these are not already installed, then it will install these dependencies. If no Perl modules exist on your system, around 160 cpan modules would be installed. Depending on your system this might take around 1 to 15 minutes to install.
This should be painless if:
- you are using cpanminus
- most modules are up-to-date. Using local::lib can make this job easier.
