I have a package for calculating fast kendall-tau correlation with missing values contributing to the correlation value.

I use it regularly, but having it reviewed by someone else would be informative, I'm sure.

That would be awesome! As I mentioned previously, I've been the primary user of it as far as I know, and I've spent a lot of time trying to make it generally useful to myself and others.
