When a relation target (arg2) is reselected, the note attached to the relation (if any) is deleted.

To replicate:

  • create a relation with a note
  • double-click relation to open edit dialog
  • click "reselect"
  • select a different target

the note will be deleted.

Notes should persist even if the target is reselected.
