Scorecard GUI delete button doesn't work

On the scorecard status page, each scorecard has a button with a trash can icon that can be clicked to manually delete a scorecard. However, clicking it produces the error "not allowed by the schema" and doesn't delete the scorecard in question. I don't think this function ever worked, because it had a typo in it at first. Fixing the typo doesn't fix the error, though, even though the user for that connection does have the permissions necessary to delete scorecards. I'm assigning this to Randy, who wrote the function originally, because nothing I try to fix the bug works (sorry, Randy!).
