Set upper time limit on web page trigger, add tftp triggered by gpio, implement uboot-envtools

Holding gpio high for 3 - 5 seconds will launch webpage to load openwrt image
Holding gpio high for 7 - 9 seconds will start tftp client that looks for image to load
uboot-envtools now functional can read and write uboot environment from openwrt
