Version 1.2.0 Switches from Garry's Mod's HTTP library to gmsv_reqwest

There were slight changes to the config file to add an HTTP debug toggle.

V1.1.3 - Remove Problematic Manipulation

Version 1.1.3 removes a problematic string.Trim that was causing some users to receive errors.

Changes:

• Remove string.Trim on URL config value.

V1.1.2 - Resolve Script Error

Version 1.1.2 resolves a script error introduced in version 1.1.1.

V1.1.1 - Minor Revisions

Version 1.1.1 includes 2 minor revisions.

Changes:

• Revised a URL in the config, the old URL is now outdated.
• Now automatically trim "/" from the URL provided in the config.

V1.1 - Introduce more string replacements

Version 1.1 introduces a handful of new string replacements for Custom Lua and Custom Commands.

Changes:

• Implemented player.name string replacement to Custom Lua.
• Now passing the entire event data to an action, as the 4th argument. This is required to support purchase.amount.
• Implemented purchase.amount string replacement to Custom Lua. This value is passed in cents.
• Implemented purchase.amount string replacement to Custom Command. This value is passed in cents.

Notes:

• The configs remain unchanged.
