[Vue3] Form view related work items

• Error when working with has-many in form view (@pranavxc )

• Cell picker not available in form view (@pranavxc)
• Click inside input shouldn't open menu for field alias and help text; should open only when clicked outside the input box (@wingkwong)
• After submit form, click on form view name in right nav bar should re-open view (@wingkwong)
