Add Japanese translations for Node-RED v1.3.0

Proposed changes

I added the additional Japanese translations for Node-RED v1.3.0.
English message, "successfully installed" in the externalModules.js was changed to "Installed module" without adding the new message into the catalog in this commit because I thought that these are for almost the same use.
