Scrollbar issues in new node window. #347

In the 'New Node' window:

Select an item on the left list that results in a small number of items appearing in the right list (for example, Color).
Drag the scrollbar in the right panel, or scroll the middle scroll wheel over the right panel.
The scrollbar will disappear.
Select an item on the left list that results in a large number of items appearing in the right list (for example, All).
The scrollbar does not reappear.
Resizing the window does reset the scrollbar.
