Implement kohai browser plugin

We should create a simple browser script that can be embedded on any web page. This script would then send a message to kohai after the page has been fully loaded and the domReady event has already fired.

The main purpose of this plugin would be to collect data about site traffic in real-time ( similar to chart-beat ). The main goal for Kohai would be able to intercept google search keywords so we know what people are searching for when they hit our site.

This ticket is a work in progress, do not start work on it until it's been planned out more.
