  • graphic / component diagram
  • FAQ - “whose bug is it anyway?” Examples:
    • rounding error in formatting - might be v8, might be ICU
    • undesired decimal separator 1.23 vs 1,23 - CLDR
    • normalization behavior - Unicode
    • casing - may be Unicode and/or CLDR
