Added methods to Napi::FunctionReference like requested and discussed on the issue #320

Below I report the added methods:

Napi::Value Call(napi_value recv, size_t argc, const napi_value* args) const;

Napi::Value MakeCallback(napi_value recv, size_t argc, const napi_value* args) const;

Looks good, but the 2 methods need to be added to the doc as well.
