Please release a new 0.10.x with npm 1.3.15 to fix Windows/Visual Studio 2013 for native modules

Ran into many issues this past weekend at robotsconf due to not having a stable build of nodejs with working VS2013 support. @rwaldron and @voodootikigod can confirm the sadness we faced.

npm 1.3.15 is in master and 0.11.9 but the latest 0.10.22 still has npm 1.3.14 with stale/broken npm/node-gyp.

I will need this fix to test if nodejs/node-gyp#154 has been fixed. @DrYSG

This is not dog-piling, but @JayBeavers is putting it nicely when he writes "sadness". Looking forward to seeing this fixed.
