This PR updates documentation included in the new well-known CAs feature to change the word "misformatted" to "malformed" since the word "misformatted" is less common.

LGTM, but I prefer the commit message to be a tad mellower, since some dictionaries do consider "misformatted" a word.

If everyone feels good about malformed being better than misformatted, then it might make sense to consider also updating cli.md and/or dns.md. Just noting that. It doesn't have to happen in this PR. (Might even slightly prefer that it doesn't so that it can be a good-first-contribution for someone else.)

I had not seen that documentation in dns.md. I am willing to push the change into this PR if so desired, but I'm also willing to let it be handled by someone else.
