On case insensitive platforms, the rule catches the debug module under
npm and eslint and a source directory in next versions of V8.

I can also add the slash to /Release/ for consistency

I just did a build on Windows and this is not the right fix, sorry:

        deps/http_parser/Release/

nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)

Looks like we have to keep it without the slash...

I'll close this and fix the eslint and V8 debug problems separately
