For the record:

Global

The Global working group's purpose is to facilitate communication and coordination among the various i18n WGs.

Its responsibilities are:

Providing communication among the i18n WGs, perhaps such as suggested in this issue
Providing best practices around naming, creation and maintenance of specific i18n WGs
Ensuring that the i18n WGs members can influence the greater Node community despite language and time zone differences
Facilitating liasons with other WGs that must work cross-language such as:
Website (support of site translation)
Evangelism (support of local outreach)
docs (support of doc translation)
Intl (discussion of technical globalization concerns)
