'each time we meet'이니까 '커뮤니티 위원회가 모일 때마다', '커뮤니티 위원회와 만날 때마다' 정도가 낫지 않을까요?

네 만날때가 맞네요. 생각은 그렇게 했는데 왜 저렇게 썼는지 모르겠네요.

이니셔티브라는 단어를 어떻게 해석해야할지 잘 모르겠습니다.
- the ability to assess and initiate things independently.
"use your initiative, imagination, and common sense"- the power or opportunity to act or take charge before others do.
"we have lost the initiative and allowed our opponents to dictate the subject"- an act or strategy intended to resolve a difficulty or improve a situation; a fresh approach to something.
"a new initiative against car crime"
- a proposal made by one nation to another in an attempt to improve relations.
"diplomatic initiatives to end the war"- (especially in some US states and Switzerland) the right of citizens outside the legislature to originate legislation.
제가 볼 때 원문에 쓰인 이니셔티브는 3번에 가까운 것 같은데, 선제라고 하면 2번의 의미로 해석되어서 좀 어색한 것 같습니다. 검색하니 이전에 나왔던 논의도 있어 일단 첨부합니다.

암튼 내용을 바탕으로 의미전달하려고 선제란 단어를 쓰면서도 조금 찝찝했습니다.
다른 대안이 선뜻떠오르지 않습니다.

저도 번역하면서 문맥이 이상해서 계속 찜찜했던 부분이네요
여기서 "Supporting Strategic Initiatives"와 "Community Committee initiative" 두분에서 이니셔티브가 등장하는데 "오픈소스 이니셔티브"같은 말을 쓸때는 저는 느낌히 확 오진 않지만 보통 어떤 무브먼트(movement)같은 느낌이 있긴 합니다. 답은 모르겠는데 예전에도 그대로 사용했으니 일단 이니셔티브로 다시 돌려놓겠습니다. 혹시 더 좋은 생각 있으면 의견 주세요.
