In terms of the google doc link, since the generation of the meeting is not using https://github.com/nodejs/create-node-meeting-artifacts templates at this point I believe it's up to the MC to create that themselves. @wesleytodd right?

The plan with @bnb was to transition to hack.md and then get support for that in the actions based automation. Let's set aside 5 minutes or so to discuss this on the agenda?
