content: Fix reasonableness in L9

Because it is confusing when an exercise has two logically
and semantically correct answers,
while only one of those is allowed as the correct answer,

this commit will:
- clean up the content specification for lesson 9 and 10
  to remove ambiguity of answer options

Resolves #438
