Add new Miami organizer (abandoned chapter)

I was wondering if it was possible to be added as an organizer to the Miami chapter (see #503)

I've tried getting in touch repeatedly with @nizaroni (who's the main organizer) but I haven't received any response back in months, dating to nearly a year ago. There hasn't been any progress on the Miami chapter since it was initially requested (see #151, nodeschool/miami, Gitter) and I'd like to help kickstart the Nodeschool community + events here in South Florida.
