This release has a serious secuity flaw. Please do not use!

This is the 0.9_beta9.9.8 release of the Nodogsplash captive portal software.
Included are many stability and security fixes along with a new feature.

Nodogsplash is now single threaded and is therefore expected to show improved stability.
Also, the current fixes from WifiDog were integrated as well as a few other bugfixes that can crash Nodogsplash.

A new feature allows external scripts to be called on authentication which also allows to limit the traffic by user. Lookup BinVoucher/EnablePreAuth/ForceVoucher in the documentation.

The build system and source code got a major cleanup and a new Debian and a OpenWrt package was added.
