头像上传时用到了canvas.toBlob函数，但它在Edge中会报错：

SCRIPT438: SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'toBlob'

SO上已有解决方案，可参考

~~第一个兼容性bug诶！然而是我手跑的时候偶然发现的x~~
